What is your pet Policy?

We allow one small dog or cat per unit. 

What is the application fee?

Our application fee is $35.

What are some criteria that must be met to rent with you guys?

Tenants must not have any prior evictions, must have a clean criminal record, and must have an post-tax income that is approximately 3 times the rent of the unit.

Do you guys have apartments anywhere else?

Nope, we are a solely based in Granite City, IL; Madison, IL; and Belleville, IL.
